I am sorry about the air quality problem that shortened our ice time at the Cairns Showcase. That was my first experience with having the rink cleared to get he carbon monoxide level down. Dan Roddy is right that it is better to be safe than sorry. In spite of the wrinkle in our plans, I hope each devo was pleased with the trophy. Cheryl Krogman selected a different style of trophy that I like much better. No trophies were dropped or broken.
If you are willing to share photos from the Cairns Showcase or any other devo ice time, for the Coach’s Blog or the Devo page on the SHAW website, or a recruiting brochure, please email them to me as an attachment.
I hope to see many of you at the Bradley Center on Friday. Please bring your cameras. I hope you will be willing to share your photos.
It’s a great day for hockey.
